i have given 5515/- amount for loan processing fee as non refundable, and even i dont want it as refund. but the main problem is that they are not giving me the details why my loan is rejected and also not giving me rejection letter. As per my account we are operating account in DCB since 2006 to 2009 now i am thinking to close my account in DCB. so my request is to know about the non refundable fee i.e. 5515/-, where it is gone and why my loand is rejected in short i need detailed rejection letter of bank which they are not giving me.
