I have received the mail that I have won US$1, 500, 000.00 in lottery though i have never bought any lottery in my whole life, they were asking me to pay 48, 483 INR as insurance in their account. below is their account detail, which they had given to me to deposit the ammount.

SHREEJI ENTERPRISES — Mobile not returned

Dear Madam/Sir,

I bought a mobile Asus P320 from Shreeji Enterprises Mulund, Mumbai. on 27/12/2008.

I had given my mobile for repairing on 20/09/2009. But till this date 12/10/2009, I have not received my mobile back.

On repeatedly following up, I found out that the mobile phone is lying with a distributor. On calling up the distributor, I found that Shreeji Enterprises has some outstandings to be cleared with the distributor and so the distributor is not retruning my mobile phone.

Kindly guide me as to what action can be taken in this regard. My mobile should not be used as a collateral in the monetary disputes of two parties.
