SHREYA ENTERPRISES / H.P GAS — REFILL CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED

Dear Sir,

I booked refill with consumer no. 531408 through shreya enterprises - hp gas dealers, 29-147/33, naredmet, secunderabad 500 056. with booking No.286061 and received cash memo no.175424 through sms on 30.12.2011 but not delivered till today.

I had booked on 26-Feb-2013 & booking no: 263735, all bookings made get an instant cancelation sms on mobile. For second time booked on 03-March-2013 & booking no: 266119 also received a cancelation sms. If on going to the office and enquire they say Our Door was Locked. For your information, NEVER IS A DOOR LOCKED status for our home.

We are using the Domestic Gas connection for home use of HP Gas Limited since 1991. When we apply for the GAS cylinder, they don't provide us the GAS cylinder on time even sometimes beyond 60days plus. They do not answer a call and I have to spend one or two hours before I could a get clerk on the phone. It has become exasperating every time. Even the customer care people do not respond properly. Please tell us what we can do to rectify the system. what is use of reposing faith on the HP gas limited when the middle men are harassing the customers for their own benefits. Does the company has no mechanism to take the dealers to task? we hear some private shops sell the gas refills at 900-1500rs a cylinder. How do they get the gas refills unless the gas agency through the supply boys connive to supply the cylinders booked by us. They do not have a proper mechanism to ascertain whether the gas refill is delivered to the right person.

Please look into this matter as this is creating the problem to us which is really avoidable if the company takes proper steps to control the illegal deliveries promoting black market
