[Resolved] Shriram City Union Finance Ltd — vehicle siezed without any intimation/registerd letter to the owner | |
I am customer of Shriram City Union Finance ltd and I had purchased a two wheeler under the company's loan agreement.. Loan agreement no: ISH1TWPUT0569508 Vehicle: YAMAHA ALBA VEHICLE NUMBER: K.A. 21, K 1654 REG.OWNER AS PER R C : BALAKRISHNA BHAT My vehicle has been seized by the company personals at Puttur branch at karnataka, on the Saturday of 8th Nov 2008. I have not received any Registered notice/ letter with regarding the the pending installments, or any intimation about the vehicle being seized by the company. before the seizure of my vehicle. No one from the company has tried to contact me in advance though they have my permanent address. They simply lifted off my vehicle from a parking place. After searching for more than 2 hrs, and at last when I was about complain at police station, I came to know that its been took off from the your company's seizers. I am the registered owner of the vehicle and i have never been contacted on my permanent address by the company personals regarding the due payments. More over, my vehicle has been simply dumped in a shed without any safety, below the coconut trees. I have also enclosed the PRE-SALE Notice that the company has issued to me 3 days after the vehicle was 'stolen'. In which, the vehicle reg. number mentioned doesn't match my vehicle's reg. number. Please do advice me with my problem.. I am looking forward for your reply. Thank you Balakrishna Bhat Consequences : I had to get through a lot of mental stress because of the ill-mannered behavior of the company's officials. I got totally desperate thinking that my vehicle was stolen. Also I had kept many of my belonging like CDs etc with my vehicle. i haD a loan account numbering PTL00535 with ur finance company for the purchase of a sony wega television ON 24.10.2006. all my emis have been paid in full, the last being on[protected]. the .but i have not received the NO DUE CERTIFICATE yet. inspite of the regular reminders to ur representative here at nabha, no reaction has been done from side.its worth wondering that why my N.D.C. has not been sent. i again urge u to send me the certificate at my e-mail address. so that i could have some proof of the full-repayment & oblige.

AFTER THAT I PAID 4 INSTALMENTS AFTER THAT DUE TO THE MISUNDERSTANDING WITH COMPANY I LEFT COMPANY AND THE VEHICLE IS HANDED OVER TO THE MANAGEMENT. BUT AFTER 18 MONTHS YOUR PEOPLE APPORACHED ME TO PAY 77000/- OR TO HANDED OVER VEHICLE. WITH A POLITE MANNER I ASKED THEM TO GIVE 4 DAYS TIME TO TRACE OUT VEHICLE AND FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT TALKS. I have purchased one yamaha bike with full paid in sandeep auto alambagh.But the issue is this that till now i have not received the RTO number.The distributer says that extra charge of mony for the paper. To avoid such kind of things, please try to pay the instalment on time - so that this will not happen and inturn you will have a right to ask the bank(also demand if needed).
If you are not in a position to pay the money on time, try to convince the bank and ask them for some time to make the payment. By this we can avoid such kind of things.

Yamaha — Not received loan number and any aggrement letter.
Dear.I am also family member of ICICI bank. and before 8 months i have purchased one yamaha bike on finance from ICICI Bank and now i am paying my installaments regularly. But the issue is this that till now i have not received any loan number or any aggrement paper from your side and i have informed the samething to that dealer as well as your Helpdesk but no body is ready to listen the same. i dont know why they are not listening to me. I belive it should not done with your family member So please kindly look in to this matter and try to provide me assistance related with same . Because ICICI bank always say Hum Hain Na..
