City Finance ltd. — Invalid blaim
Respected Sir,My self Mr. Sujit p. patil. I want to make complaint against The City Finance. I have taken the Bike loan in May 2007, My Loan A/C No. 12135689 & I had issued Post dated cheque for loan procedure. But before some days they told me that one of my PDC one cheque get bounced. So I check all my bank details & bank statement. Even my bank told me that they had not received any cheque in this duration from City Finance & now the city Finance telling me to give us the cash against the bounce cheque. But thye are not ready to tell me aboute the details of bounced cheque. City finance try to trouble me by giving calls & they are taping my calls to show that I am doing misbehavior's with them, to dispose my status for future prospectives.
So, Here I am attaching my updated bank statement which I gave to City Finance & get stamped from them. But still they never gave reply to me.
I am requesting you please do the justice & help me out from this situation.
