Shriram Gas Agency, Pune — Cylinder not been Transferred

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is with reference to the worst service of the Shriram Gas Agency Pune.

My gas/cylinder customer ID is 13769 which was taken from Shriram Gas Agency Pune.

I have to move to Delhi so wanted to transfer the cylinder. I visited twice and contacted over phone many time that I have to move to Delhi so its urgent they have not done the transfer on priority.

Now after so many follow up from Delhi a year has gone, so I told my relative to handover the cylinder to the office. Now also they have not given the transfer document to them.

Please look into it
