[Resolved]  Shyam Packers and Movers — mishandling ,delay in delivery and inappropriate behavior with customers

Shyam packers and movers ,dankuni,howrah,kolkata.This particular company has no ethics. I was given number of this company thru justdial. Mr.sujit has contacted me and gave me competitive rates to transport my goods from kolkata to bhubaneswar.on 4th April he took all the household goods and my bike. To my surprise i received the goods on 9th April aft at continuous chase and sleepless nights. Mr.sujit will not take my calls and whenever i used to call his office number his wife would pickup and say he is not there. I had click reaching him over phone when i tricked him posing as a new prospect customer,then to my surprise he he the audacity to tell me he will not deliver my goods and dared me that do whatever u like . At that moment i was really helpless .i even thought of filing an fir against him. Now when the goods arrived my bike was not packed.there were broken parts and scratches all over.i had to spend rs3000 to get them repaired. So if anyone who is reading this please be aware of this fraudulent company.
