The vodofone connection is linked to corporate high official. We are associated with vodofone - earlier BPL / Hutch for the past 6 years. Payments are only through cheque and it is given by corporate. Without submission of bill or intimation of due amount, outgoing calls are being barred. This has been brought to the notice of the local customer care centre - Puducherry. But this sort of activities are being followed.
Corporate may get linked to other mobile services very easily. What is the use of having a customer care centre, without doing service to cutomer. Was this information helpful? |
