I am one of the worst affected house Owner of Sidharth Natura. Still facing lot of problems. I strongly advise all future Aspirants of Sidharth Dakshin and Other Projects be very Cautious and not to enter into a Construction contract without clear penalty clause with interest for all / any type of delay in completion & hand over. Also, please ensure size dimensions of all rooms and in very particular Covered Car Parking size / area are clearly mentioned in your contract. Otherwise, you will become one more unfortunate owner of Sidharth Flat.

Please be aware some of the Sidharth Natura Owners are totally disatisfied and planning for legal action with Court stay order for all the other projects due to irresponsible attitude of Promoters and bad experience and incompletion of some of the jobs by Sidharth Natura Promoters.
strongly suggested not to go for Flat booking with any future projects of Sidharth Foundations & Housing. Your money will get held up for several years without any interest.

Yes I do agree. I have seen that they take the buyers for granted. Such builders ought to be taught a lesson.

Several people include undersigned virtually on road before handing over of their project “SIDHARTH NATURA” in Medavakkam got delayed by 18 months to 2 years. Don’t get attracted with their nice words and false promises.
2. STP Plant installed by the Promoters is a Total Failure. It is not commissioned even after 9 months of their trials.
3. Generator Back up is an eye wash and one more Failure. Generator run is not for the convenience of Residents and even in “KATRI” Agni Nakshatra, it is not running properly and all residents are put to severe sufferings
4. Ensure Covered Car Parking (CCP) size mentioned in your Agreement, otherwise you will get cheated.
5. Maintenance after handing over is Poor and an eye wash. No work carried out as per request.
6. You can’t get any response either from Marketing / site in charge / Management for any of your complaints after payments.

If you are one of the Flat Owner of SIDHARTH NATURA, you have every right to give your opinion, saying "I am Owner of Flat No:..., If you are happy with the living conditions, you can give your opinion freely about your comfortable living." If you want we can have a discussion / debate on this issue in front of other house owners about all these points, include NON RECEIPT OF SERVICE TAX chalan / Receipt from the Promoter.

Probably I dont think Siva is talking to himself and there is nothing to laugh or make fun of.It is a serious concern.Anyone who make fun would know the pain if you had invested more than 50L and sit in that room where you have a bad smell emanating into your house.He is putting across the thoughts which lies in every owner of the house, if not everybody's but atleast in one another house owner.Leo Jose.

1) Delay in completion by 16 to 20 months (for the persons booked flat on early 2008). It is very much essential to include penaly clause in contract for any type of delay, otherwise be prepared for the delay with nice creamy words by the promoters and marketing dept.
2) Once your booking and the construction contact is over, no one will hear your cry.
3) Don't expect any reply or response for any type of letters
4) No intercom / CCTV as per promise
5) restricted running of stand by Generators with low load
6) Approach roads are done on haste, without soil strength and failed within few days
7) Sewage Treatment & circulation - Total Failure
8) False promise / commitments without transparancy.
9) Plumping work is really horrible. Lot of leaks & seapages. Done with unskilled persons
10) Design of Electrical Distribution and points / switch boards are very bad
11) Lot of problems inside the house kept unattended
12) Allotted Covered Car Parking (CCP) area is not uniform and small for few peoples
13) Outside decoration, lightings are only for show to promote future projects and get bookings
