first i was interested to join this company..after that i got to know from a ex employee is that the company is cheating every people by not givin apropriate salary.so dont try this.

plz dont join here. they are cheating people by getting money. please dont believe the words of meera, she is working as a hr, job consellor here. she is cheating everyone by giving the word of 100% job. dont believe her words. she is the first woman fraud.
I joined for telecom training and am now working on project for past 6 mos. I have got lot of experience under my team leader, and now I am got promoted. Job is not guaranteed it depends on merit. Lot of students are now full time in project. Some of them performance is poor and we tell management we dont want. Instead of blaming the company, you should look at your performance.

Mr.Telecom Expert..everyone are good in their performances...and please dont call it a management...to my knowledge most of the individuals there performed their best and the way the company treated them was unfair and the useless employees who dont know what a telecom firm is sit in thier chairs and keep staring at the system..only way of getting promoted is by politics in this company(rather not call it a company).I am damn sure it will be shut down very soon...NEver even think of joining this firm at any cost..even if you have experience please dont step in...evrey word spoken by the HR who conducts the interview is a lie ...the promised salary will not be given to you...they cheat you in every way possible..so please DONT.
