Sigma Diagnostic & Imaging Centre — Pathetic Customer Service

Hi All,

I would like to share my views about Sigma Diagnostic & Imaging Centre which has its main center at 17 Tarun Enclave, Pitampura New Delhi 110 034.

The services are pathetic with no care of the patients. It is not more than a profit making unit with no concern for the patients. The staff and the management is so rude that they are only concerned for making the bills and getting money.

They make the patients wait for a long period of time and when asked about the customer compalint, even the management has a rude reply that they are not concerned for the same.

I just want to warn everyone from these types of profit making unit who just want money in disguise of service to society
