[Resolved] Sigma Global Research — Wrong Commitment | |||||
Dear All, I have a complaint referring to Sigma Global research. In May, 2013, I received a call from Sigma Global research, who is the Stock and equity advisor, based from Ahmadabad, Gujarat, and the person name is Sankar. He told that if I invest Rs 20,000/- in their company, they will provide Rs 15,000/- profit for one month by trading in the silver market on behalf of me, initially I had ignored it and did not respond, but he kept on calling and convinced me, to pay Rs.35000 at the end of one month ie, July 22, 2013. I had filled their subscription form & transferred amount Rs 20,000/-through net banking to Sigma Global research , SBI A/C No. [protected] on 20.06.2013. they have given me payment conformation mail, along with the reciept attached. Now when I am calling they are not responding to the calls and I kept on calling Sankar and at a point he picked and informed that the money will be refunded in installments of 4 weeks without profit. First he told he will put by 31st of July and then he told it will be done by the following Saturday and in 4 saturdays he will pay Rs.5000 each, which did not happen. Again I called him and afterabout 20-25 calls he picked the call and told RS.5000 will be transferred to my account on the follwing wednesday which was yesterday(07/08/2013) which also did not happen. Then I again called him yesterday~(07/08/2013) numerous times and he attended the call and informed he will talk later as he was busy. In this case I have their confirmation mail of recieving the amoount with reciept and also the amount transfer acknowledgement. Please help me in getting the amount back. Just now an executive named Sonam Called me from the number: [protected] and told that she is calling from the feedback department. I spoke to her with patience and informed that I havent got the money back. She told that the company has faced some losses and requested to wait till 20th of August. I informed I will wait and asked about the non responsivenes of the executives. I will wait with a hope and will let you all know about the progress.

He told that if I invested Rs 30, 000/- in their company, they will provide Rs 25, 000/- interest for one month, initially I had also ignored it and did not respond, but he was keep on calling and convinced me.
I had filled their subscription form & transferred amount Rs 30, 000/-through Cheque No.012651 to Sigma Global research, SBI A/C No. [protected] on 03.10.2013. they have given me payment conformation mail.
Now when I am calling they are not respondding to me & if someone taking phone then he is saying that company is not given you committed amount because now company cancelled this plan.
In this issue I have their conformation mail after credit the amount and also I have Acknowledgement Receipt.
Please suggest me how to get the amount back.
