I have purchased a mobile on dated 20 Feb 2010, Khanpur, Delhi the company name of SIGMATEL model FXD S9600.
One battery which is given to me as extra having the problem i.e when i start the charging of battery after 2 minutes the message display `charge complete' and when I remove the battery from charging it again display i.e. battery is empty and even though it has no power to switch on the MOBILE.
It appears that due to poor quality of product every customer is facing problem. I remember NOKIA has replaced their BL-5C battery all over the world customer free of cost. Hence, you esteemed company is also supposed to replace my battery also. The details of battery is as under:-

Hoping for a favourable reply. And, also you are requested to kindly forward a confirmation E-mail in the mail ID as reflected above and also inform me to change the same from some reilable dealer in an around Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

Bought a sigmatel fxd 3600. It failed to start with either of the two batteries even after 2 hours of charge. Bought it through Indiatimes (seller name Teknix). The accompanying warranty coveniuently mentions it doesn't cover battery. This is plain fraud and a brand like Indiatimes (time of india group) cannot get away. I intend to file a consumer complaint in the right forum.amandeep singh, delhi - amandeep at mail dot com
