My name is Rahul Rawal Applicant name is Deepa Rawal and we booked flat in sikka karnam unit: Prime/2nd flr flat no. prima/3/203/590 sqft.
As per second installment demand letter dated 7-sep-11 they had impossed 2696/- rupees as interest.
We booked that flat from one of sikka channel partner Indiainfoline consultant, we clear all that thinks before book the flat that we will do booking payment in partial form.
Their executive agree at that time and accordingly we booked the flat in sikks group.
Then sikka send demand letter for second installment they mention 2696 interest for that
For that I did all mail to customer care regarding waiver of my interest but they did'nt reply at once.
Then I called their commercial person Mr. Jha and jha agree to do waiver of my interest on the terms of immediate paying of second installment.
As per him I paid the second installment to sikka.
But when third demand letter has came in 1 April 2012 They mentioned interest about 14000 Rupees.
I was shocked then I mail to sikka customer care and his channel partner indiainfoline but till now there is no positive response they are giving to me.
Here I am filling cheated by sikka infrastructure pvt. ltd. preet vihar new delhi.
Kindly help me to wavier my interest.
