[Resolved]  Silicon India — Non Refund of Cancelled Transaction

Silicon India organized a conference at New Delhi on April 9 2011 at
VENUE: PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry,PHD House, 4/2 Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi-110016

I was charged twice via two different orders as there was a problem with the payment gateway and silicon India transaction site, wherein no confirmation was given on payments via a credit card.

When I contacted the organizers, they confirmed a lot o[censored]sers are facing the same problem and payments would be refunded, however after continuous follow up also the company didn't refund the amount.

In addition at the venue the speakers failed to appear and alternate speakers were organized who gave notes which were not even close to the agenda of the conference.

I contacted [protected]@siliconindia.com and [protected]@siliconindia.com via email, however the payments are yet to be settled even after 6months of the conf.
