Silicon India (siliconindia.com) is a scam. After so many calls from their side, silicon India e-mailed (as on dated 6th Jan’12) a proposal to buy their service where terms were as

As committed above we paid INR10000/- (mutually agreed for initial verification of their commitment & quality of service.
But Till the date, we received very few useless leads haphazardly. Then they were communicated over the phone so many times and many times they didn’t receive the calls thereafter they were communicated via mail on 24th Feb’12 and requested to discontinue, hence, as per term they were requested to return the amount we have paid. But they are not responding properly some times they mail “we will contact asap”, “he/she is busy right now so he/she will contact you” etc..
We have communicated them via mail on dated 30th March’12, 2nd April’12, 4th April’12, 10th April’12 but till the date they are not communicating and responding to us. Some times they are not picking up the calls. But before the deal they used to contact every day. Strict action should be taken by ICF administration to stop this kind o[censored]nethical business practice.
