[Resolved]  silvex realty pvt ltd — agreement

i have taken the place nigella in tuscany terraces and mr taposh was the guy who i had been talking to.now lately there has been no response and there has been project delay since a long time.one year delay.is silvex trying to take money from one project and put it another and wanting to delay projects after projects.
i need an explanation cause there are a lot o[censored]s who feel cheated as this seems to be some scam with nobody responding now.

I am sailing in the same boat, Mr Joe Silva of the same group via his Marketing staff Mr Amit Jena cheated me in land deal in a project called EDGE WATER, saying the plots will be transfered in my name in a months time, I have paid money on 26th sep 2010 and these people are no where to be found BIG FRAUDS beare of them

I have also been conned by them. I intend to make a group of all complainants so that we can jointly file a complaint. If we jointly file a complaint, then we will have more weightage. Pls call/sms/whatsapp me on [protected] to discuss.
