SIM CARD — outgoing not working

20 days ago, I had purchased sim card no.[protected].Within 5 days outgoing call service was suspended by you.After enquired on 121, I had submitted all documents in your Borivali gallary on 17th July 2009. but still outgoing call service is not working. My mobile no. is [protected]. My date of birth is 16.05.1966. I am staying at C/303, REVATI, VIVA TARANGAN, PHOOLPADA RD., VIRAR (E). THANE: 401303. Please look into the matter as earliest.
