SIM CARD — no connection

On 14th october evening I bought a SIM Card [protected] and submitted all relevant papers . From Saturday 17th it is disconnected. Till now Tuesday 20th 12:30 pm there is no connection.From Saturday I have called 111 several times , and every time I have been told that they have not received papers. When I call the distributor , he says papers have been submitted to vodaphone and it is the company's fault.
From Thursday morning till Tuesday noon -- it is 5 days for papers to reach from distributor to Vodaphone !
Meanwhile I have no connection.
What am I supposed to do ?
