SINDHU ENTERPRISES — Problems in Booking of LPG Cylinder and its delivery in time

Problems of booking of LPG gas and its delivery in time. The members of the distributor of the Gas Agency i.e. Sindhu Enterprises are ignorant and misbehaved with consumer

SINDHU ENTERPRISES — problem of poor service all around

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Gas agency telephone no. generally not responding to customer and mobile phone always switched off.
My first request is kindly call any of these phone number to book a[protected], 22575960, 22571797
After 2 or three days by luck countiniuos call then they receive phone call.
If you try for three days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book a gas.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.
Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things
I saw phone calls are ringing and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.

So, Kindly give the instruction to your agent treat the best and please give the order for delivery of the gas on time.

we had booked our cooking gas firstly on 5 July through computerized booking which the company denied that they didn't received. then we again booked by calling in company on 16th July and booked the gas and inspite of constant reminders they still till 23 July didn't delivered the cylinder.

SINDHU ENTERPRISES — delayed delivery of lpg cylinder

i would like to complaint against sindhu enterprises. my consumer no. is 8604. the company is not providing the LPG cylinder. we had firstly booked our LPG cylinder on 5 July through computerized booking which they denied that they didn't get and then again we booked the gas on 16 July which in spite of continuous reminders has not been delivered yet till 24 July and today after getting to their office e get to know that they sold off the cylinder and still we didn't got our LPG cylinder so i request you to kindly take a strict action against them at your earliest.

i totally agree with them they are ignorant towards the customers

SINDHU ENTERPRISES — NO DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER TILL 2 MONTHS

I PARVESH BHARDWAJ ,ADDRESS-C-306 STREET NO-10 HARDEV PURI DELHI-93,my connection no. is 24949.
i have booked the cylinder for delivery on dated 14/7/10 .
till date i did not get the delivery from SINDHU ENTERPRISES ADDRESS-A POCKET,A-23 DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI-95.The incharge of the SINDHU ENTERPRISES also did misbehave with me .
before said above booking previous 2 months before booking date .
i am totally disturbed and my routine life also.
SINDHU ENTERPRISES gas delivery is very poor and bad . distributors will not entertain the customer if you visited his shop.
kindly do the need full asap.

SINDHU ENTERPRISES — Non Delivery Of LPG Gas

I was booked cylinder on dated 03/01/2011 but yet not received the LPG cylinder when contact to distributor Sindhu Enterprises then their employe said that LPG cyclinder will be delivered after a week means after dated 18/01/2011.I am so surprised and shocked when hear such type of commitement.My both LPG cyclinder are empty but distributor not delivered the cylinder . Distributor harrased to us and like me several people in our locality in the same way. I request that please take a appropriate action against him and LPG cylinder supply will be soomth furtther in future.
