[Resolved]  Singhania University — not giving my phd topic approval & now saying to migrate with other university

I Bapu Satyawan Gosavi from Mumbai have registered my name for Phd. Botany course in Ssinghania unibersity in

september 2010, but till date i have not recieved my topic approval letter. 1 & half year passed but they ate
not responding. now they are saying they will.migtate all students to other unibrrsity. our 1 & jalf year have alteady wasted & they are not reimbrsaing our fees.
