[Resolved]  Sintex Solar Water Heater — inefficient repairing

Dear Sir,

I am using solar heater of Sintax for last 5 years. It worked nicely for initial two years without problem but after that it has frequent leakage problems. Their repair service is not prompt and charges are not fixed ( Distributor's service person demanded 2000/- while same work was done by company service person in 550/-).Since no one gives receipt, it is difficult to judge whether charges are reasonable or not.Since their service is not prompt, i had to buy electric heaters for back-up.I will advise to search for other solar heater brands with better after sale service.
