But he does not want to pay us but only he fill his baggage from the students money and closes the company and make new company in new places. It is his business every time he makes money and run away from that place and made foolish all students
And employees also and destroy the life and money of students .

This Company has taken 750000/- Rs. From each employee by saying it is company rule if you want to work in this company then you have to pay 750000/- rupees in our company. 200-300 employees has given Cash 750000/- each in the company. employees has given this money in April 2012 by Consultant persons Mr. Ramesh Dhanwade . Company has given offer letter and joining date in April 2012 and mentioned that it will give salary 8000/- per month or 96000/- per annum. After joining the company has opened our accounts in ICICI Bank branch Pune City. After joining the company, we saw there was no SAP projects in the company and company was near about to close. After near about 15 days we saw that company was closed. And on the day of Company closed .In this some employees were working in that company from 6 months and company owner has not given salary of that employee. After that incident we tried to contact the company owner but he was not responding on our call and he has given threat to me and my friends that I will not return your money do whatever you can do. Now I am trying to contact to Mr. Akash Jadhav but he is not responding my call.
This company owner was cheated us. After that incident Company website and phone number and all other things are not present.
ALL employees has assure all our cooperation in any action taken for bringing the perpetrators to justice.

I am suffering in the same company. I paid 1.5 lakh and until now even after 1 year I paid my money they have not started the project. Mr Akash Jadhav is a big cheat and he gives one reason or the other to start the project. We are planning to go to SAP office and file a formal complaint to stop this company once for all. We also planning to file compliant with Police to recover our money. Though I have got a good offer now, I am unable to join the new company because my money is blocked with this fraud company. He will start a company, collect money and within one year close the company and totally disappear to a different city. He will not pay salary and he will not return the money. SIRD GROUP, PUNE is a number one fraud company the person who is managing now is a person who was there with the it company ASMITAS which was in MUMBAI and a complaint was also registered against that his name is Mr. AKASH JADHAV. now AKASH JADHAV started the company named as SIRD GROUP .these people are giving the post dated checks for Refund don’t trust them it’s all trash. we can’t do anything with those things once a company board is turned upside. its a new strategy of bluffing people. they don’t even show the client agreement about the SAP project . they say that they have. so its ur wish weather to join or not but don’t trust . they charge 80k to 1.80k depending on the situation. its a fresh started company i couldn’t understand how they got those many client list and very recently owner of the premises has closed down the company shutter which was there in the Swargate for not paying the rent it remained closed for many days . this is the stage which is at the initial point means imagine how it is going to be at the next few coming months. they don’t have any projects . dare to ask them to show the project documentation. Already this Akash Jadhav has a check bounce case and got issued a non bail able warrant too. He was put behind the bars for three days and came out . hell lot of things are there behind the screen do take a wise decision before joining .

If you know there exists something called THUDERSTORM then that is the OWNER(AKASH JADHAV) of SIRD-India, Pune...He bluffs about a big big talks but with no resultants and although the Employees supported him to get out of the biggest problem he was in he is not paying the salary !! Why the hell will you work for a company which is not paying the salary ?? Is it your parent’s company or wat? Why to trust? He had not excused of 1.80lakhs while taking the joining in the company... so please please don’t go for this company..Simply waste of time... I have personal experience with the company...He bluffs about so and so big big SAP projects but its also doubt whether the projects are really tied up with this company or not...whenever anybody asks regarding the salary he will simply bluff that the company is not FAKE and also its the fact its not a Fake company but keep patience you will get paid very soon ..We are having so and so much amount carrying projects and all bluffs...better try other companies...
