Hi,
I am using IDEA postpaid connection from past 5 years. from the last 10 days SMS,STD calls and Landline calls are rejecting without any reason, when i am trying to contact to customer care regarding this in many way their response is Please check the number.
198 / 12345/[protected]/hyderabad Land customer care no : - After 3 or 5 mins it says "Please wait while we are transferring ur call to executive and immediately please check the number "
Live chat: When i am trying to chat with them online it says "ur in online chat" without opening any chat window.
It is very very bad experience with IDEA ever seen.
