WARNING: Don't get carried away by the Ads and displays of Sleek Kitchen. They do not deliver. They do not adhere to the design specifications we want and since they take the entire money in advance we are forced to compromise after paying a fortune. Once they get the money no one bothered to give the deadline about installation. My family has got into High BP issues in calling them repeatedly to finish the work. The designer Namrata at Korum Mall Thane has made many errors in the design and puts the blame on the customer instead of apologizing and yells at us, whose money has gone down the drain??? To get it to our specifications they have the audacity to ask for more money though they have erred. There is no communication in this organization and each tries to blame someone else. The Operations Manager Akshay Nayak when we try to contact him only disconnects the phone. A truly mismanaged company and totally unprofessional company. BEWARE; They are doing daylight robbery and Mr Kashyap Installation Manager has the audacity to tell us we can go to consumer court if we like....they have got their full payment... but our kitchen is unfinished... we are at their mercy for the last three months.
