Can you trace this # [protected]? The person owned this # is a member of smart load scam. Sent him 31 pin codes amounting Php500 just only yesterday, April 23. I am hoping for you immediate investigation.

Is there any option to block the pin codes? Right now I have 26 pcs on hand unscratched. Can Smart help me so can I return this Smart cards and have my money back?
