This is regarding a girls PG in Rajouri Garden - J5, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-27. The PG is owned by Mrs & Mr Smita & Ratan Sarda. The husband works with Alex Panel & doesn't have etiquettes of how to talk to Girls. The wife runs this PG & never shows any concern for anything we have to follow them. They are such a fraud and greedy person. They never pay the security money(in cash) and give various silly excuses for the same, my roommate cried & went but they didn't refunded her money.
Now today I am also facing the same issue. I stayed here for more than 10 months & now have to move to gurgaon for a job change. I also gave a notice of 30 days but then also they are not ready to refund the security money which as per the documentation has to be refunded as I have served a notice of 30 days. My dealer is also trying his best to get it refunded and no hope.........
I just wanted to make other girls aware of this worst behavior of these people and think twice before going and staying there.
