It has been found in INDIAN CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS FORUM about the serious complain about us i.e. SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM by some people or by our competitors who found no other way to compete us

I ASAD SIDDIQUI as a CEO of SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM felt the responsibility to communicate so far possible to all the consumers of India as well as to the people in the industry of travel & tourism in this regard. Let me start some logical and authentic clarification rather than those hypothetical complains made by whom still unknown.

1. The complain came in the name from Sourav, from Rishikesh Ayar & Rakesh Himani, from Rohit Sharma, from Debashree Sinha etc. in INDIAN CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS FORUM. Well we must appreciate the consumers to take out time and give the positive or negative feedback. But if these persons or corporate houses who intentionally try to make the bad name to any such corporate house or houses who is or are doing a good job than it is not correct.

We have tried to contact all these above persons to know exactly when they traveled with us and what sort of dishonesty we have done. But surprisingly you will not receive any reply from these people nor you will be able to get their contact numbers. Because if they do so than SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM will drag these people or corporate house to the court as well as to the MEDIA HOUSES.

REWARD FROM US: Dear consumers & reader, we are announcing to give a reward of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) who ever will find out the contact number, email ID etc. & address of these persons or corporate house and give those details to us because we are eagerly looking these guys to face us.
2. The name what has been shown in INDIAN CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS FORUM like Sourav, Rakesh etc. in fact never traveled with us and so if they can only prove us that they have traveled with us than we will again give them a reward of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand Only) plus their compensation amount. We will not even try to justify their complains with any sort of reasons. SEE HOW BOLD & BEAUTIFUL challenge given by SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM. So is there anyone who can come forward who had lodged the complain.
3. Secondly I personally announce that online consumer forum like INDIAN CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS FORUM should entertain valid complains and there must be proper control system so that who ever trying to give the feedback to their website they must provide the valid telephone number, valid email ID etc. and it must be listed in the complain otherwise these types of forum are not doing any social service rather harming good companies like us.
4. Well either INDIAN CONSURMERS COMPLAINTS FORUM or these guys who has given such bold remark about our company, I guarantee cannot come out of the curtain and face us with transparency but we SOFIA HOUSE OF TOURISM will definitely give us valid telephone numbers, email ID and the places of stay of our SATISFIED CUSTOMERS as under in order to show our authenticity and honesty in our business and challenging anyone to come forward and make us wrong.
