[Resolved]  Softlogic Academy — Cheat Freshers and Students in placement

Hi Freshers,

I just came through this website to post some complaints and i found some complaints about Softlogic Academy, one of the training providers in Chennai.
All the complaints are only in one direction that the company has cheated the students. But none of the students have accepted that they have not put their efforts.

Freshers please change your mindset. The training companies will give you only training and make you equipped for interviews and it is just a trump card for your career. The rest is in your hand, also please have this in mind " Don't aim for Big companies in the Beginning, Go for a small company gain experience and then go for a big companies" Training providers are only eye openers and not your employment exchange. This is not to demotivate any of you guys. Also dont come to a cheap thought that i am some one who belong to " SoftLogic Academy" .

The reason why i am posting this is, i have come across many fresher candidates for interview. They have great dreams but they dont know where to land.Want to earn more money but not to put efforts. Think something if any of our parents want to go only for Microsoft or IBM or any of the BIg companies in their age, we will be surviving now?

One last request please consult your family or friends before investing do not generate internet trafiic by sending bad messges, As a human being please repsect individuals. Don't call them as fraud or , deadly buffalo.One day when you became a boss one day the same will come back to you.

softloic system is a company running by a deadly buffallow... his name is amalraj... the great cheater...

My name is arvinda Kannan. I strongly disagree with the above cheap statement made by some anonymus person. My First Company was softlogic Systems. I worked there for almost one year. Today i am surviving in this call center field very sucessfully means, it is becuase of Softlogic Systems. I joined as fresher there. It has given me lot of confidence in customer handling and learned a lot about telemarketing etiquettes.

This is R.Sathish Kumar , I am very Much Thankful to SOFTLOGIC ACADEMY because it has supported me a lot and made it possible to for me to Join in a very good company Which is one of the Authorised Service Provider for MNC company with Salary Rs.9300(Monthly CTC )

We are infact happy to understand that our competitors started to fear us and so they have indulged in such activities. To clarify the real truth --- SoftLogic Academy is the only Institute in Chennai, which commits 100% placement for all its students and has maintained that record till date. To create damage to our brand name, one of our competitors might have posted this message or someone might have played with personal grudges. In fact we collect a course fee 50% lesser than all our competitors. The same course what we offer for Rs. 25000 is offered for Rs. 60, 000 to Rs. 78000 in the market and there is no guarantee for placements outside. We are very clear in what we do. We train only people who are weak in technical and communication skills as this category students are not absorbed in any company. People are asked to attend a test (questions certified by Client companies) and are asked to go for a one to one communication check round. If they qualify these rounds ---- no question they are sent to our consultancy division “udhyoga” for placement in our client companies. The rule is so simple. Qualified people are given direct placement. Non Qualified people, if they wish can take training cum placement program and benefit out of it.Just think and see… what is the need for us to suggest training to a person who has qualified online test and one to one? There is absolutely no need at all, cause if we place the same person in our client companies through UDHYOGA we get placement charges from clients.

Without wishing to sound conceited, we are the only training Institute who gives technical skills courses with Personality development program which enables the person to improve his or her communication skills when they are studying Technical programs. Having so much good about our Training Institute, obviously competitors would aim to damage our name and that had only happened in the above message. Moreover since many forums and blogs are opened like this, people also play with personal grudges.

FYI, even NIIT, Microsoft, Airtel, HCL, CMS etc had received complaints. It doesn’t mean such companies are not servicing properly.

Why are you cheating like this.

I too was cheated my Softlogic Academy.

I too had a bad experience with softlogic. The complaint given above applies for all the candidates. But I had some additional bad experiences. I wil say it

After finishing the course, they will not be in contact for some days about 20 to 30 days. When we call them, they will say that wait for some days "we will get back to you", We have to beg for their appointments. The companies which they have mentioned in their prospectus will not be coming for interview after finishing the course. Further more, they dont even have contacts with those MNCs.

At last, the Placement Team consisting of Ms.Vijaya baskar(Vijaya-) and Franklin(Fraud-lin) are money minded and least bother about young freshers life. Also the trainers are very very un knowledged. Even the persons studied in SLA also come as a trainer with no expereince and teaching wrong information to students.

My kind request to SLA,
Close the company as soon as possible.

softlogic s damn cheating training centre...otherwise pls sign in a bond paper tat you wil place them for 10-15k salary

they r the best cheaters... still i didnt get any placement from ter i finished course there before 6months. we have to call daily regarding the interviews...i wasted my money aiso my time.

am raju! i got a call from softlogic academy her name is thamayenthi. i am not interested to do project there. but i ask the details wat is process for that, she said 10k project and we will give part time job. i went there she is telling 30 thousand for part time job. so i left that company. after two days back she call me and scolding me in bad words. I[censored] dont join i will kill u like that. what a criminal company.

this is the worst company and full of fraud man.never go to this softlogic.

softlogic academy is one of the worst training institute in chennai...dont join in SLA(SoftLogic Academy)...Softlogic+worst placement officer mathew=Fraud Fraud Cheating Cheating...i agree with all the worst complaints about Soft logic academy(SLA)

Guys those who do not have or could not equip yourself with the employability skills which was given by SoftLogic, then what is the reason of you to post complaints here in this site? Only people who are not confident enough to attend the interviews, who does not dare enough to face the interview challenges, who always depend that some one will give a job in recommendation, only those people are posting such negative feed backs in this site.
People who dare enough to face the interview challenges, come to SoftLogic, prove your skills in mock interview, clear it and then attend the interview show your performance there. See SoftLogic can arrange only interviews and SoftLogic cannot attend the interview on behalf of you. Even your parents, your friends or relatives cant fetch you a job. If you do not have any seriousness in your life and if you always stays in negative aspects and attitude, definitely, you cannot shape your career in a better way. People who understand what Career means, can understand the concept behind it. SoftLogic we are ready to give you interviews unlimited. No other companies offered this kind of interviews. TO JOB SEEKERS----->I WENT THERE FOR INTERVIEW, ON THAT DAY ITSELF THEY ASKED ME TO PAY 1000 FOR REGISTRATION, ONCE WE PAY THAT OUR RESUME WILL FORWARD TO 250 CLIENTS, THAT IS A NICE JOKE.THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE, THEN THEY OFFER YOU TRAINING, WITH THAT TRAINING THEY MAKE YOU MARK ZUKERBERG.THEY DO EVERYTHING FOR FREE LIKE FREE PLACEMENTS, FREE SPOKEN ENGLISH(BUT THEY TEACH IN TAMIL), THE ULTIMATE ONE IS FREE TRAINING...I THINK THAT WHY THEY ARE ASKING 20, 000 MORE RUPEES...SHE SAID THAT THEY DO IT FOR SERVICE AND STUDENTS WILL NOT COME REGULARY IF THEY TRAIN WITHOUT COST ...SO ONLY THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY.
