[Resolved]  Softlogic Systems — fraud in getting the job

I'm really agreeing all of the complaints.
Indeed i'm a real time employee in a small software company getting 10000 salary per month. Before one month i got a call from these SoftLogic company for job opening. I have got selected after attending 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. As they have provided confirmation, i resigned my current job and visited them with all of my documents as they asked me to show. Now they are telling that my job is postponed. Currently i'm job less and searching for jobs.
By heartily commenting, SoftLogic destroys the dream of the Job hunters as well as employers.
Please friends dont believe this SoftLogic(Usually they didn't have any logic) group at any case.

Softlogic is very worst institute in Chennai they won't provide any placements to the students but once we going for asking details about the course they will tell that we will place you once you complete the certificate in Dotnet or Networking course they are cheatting students by giving false statement but once after completing the course they will tell like currently there is no openings if there is any openings we will call you it will be happening till from 2 years still we joined in softlogic in 2010 nov 25, 000 of course fees in our batch there 20 students but the result is no one is placed from the softlogic this is the fact which is happening still now they give fake pamplets, and Fake add in the banner where their students has placed in this company that company but the fact is student they themself try by own and they join but they mention that they provided placements like that, So students please don't appreciate by joining course in softlogic acadamy and don't waste your Money into well Waste institute before joining think and join the Placement officer's will also the fraud...

SoftLogic is a fraud fraud company...They don't give placement as they promise and even if they do the salary will be nothing more than 2000 or 3000 per month.They have these stupid categories red, orange, green of which there is no use in the end.Most of the trainers are totally useless.They know no other crap than this" i[censored] dont perform placement will not be given!!!".Finally your 20, 000 will be a total waste.Beware of Softlogic Company!!

Whatever you guys are talking about softlogic, Its totally a rubbish. When you do not a have quality and eligibility in you, How come companies will select you.You all do not know proper english to type your comments itself, Then how come you show your confidence level and get selected in the interviews.First try to learn english and go for interview though its technical based job.
Here i Wanted to share my personal experience in soft logic systems, I was an employee of softlogic systems back in 2008, and i worked there for 2 years in BPO, thats the place where i learned what is life, confidence, positive thinking, fighting spirit, leadership quality, Time management, Never give up attitude, Making decisions in tough time, Conversing to americans without accent, Etc.
So, i can keep saying so many good things about softlogic systems, When you have the right attitude thats the best place to learn and grow, This is true, i personally experienced it.I joined in soft logic as an employee with the salary of Rs 9000, But in 5 Years i own a BPO, its all because of SLS, I can proudly say that.
For the one who gave this link and complaint about soft logic, http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt134.shtm first understand what is international process all about.without knowing anything about processes, do not give such comments, .And you are talking as if you are just return from america, First read whats there in that page then talk.Before giving negative comment, Think for a while, and do it, and its a shame that you worked in SLS for a long time.Because people worked in soft logic for a long time, will never give any negative comment, i swear

Soft logic system is fraud in placements because i went there for direct placement not for course, but they u have to join course i said no. so they conducted online test i cleared in it. So they u have to register for direct placements so i registered with Rs.500 and i asked about the procedure of interwies b4 registering also and i also informed about my family situation but they didnt give proper response. On next day i went interview to there but they didnt conduct interview they explained about course and asked when r u going to join? i was shocked. At that time tat Hr who explained the process had quit tat company so i asked other to solution for it. they said u have paid for course not for placements. So friends please aware of Soft logic Academy there are 100%frauds.Even i have the proof.They wont place in MNC company.I[censored] go there for any information means they will change your mind by talking and make u to join course.So dont go for any course to frauds and waste your money.

I was worked in softlogic BPO, its as fraud BPO, They used to cheat many Americans, the govenment should takes a raid on this company.. They also cheated many employee too, they takes their original certificate.. If we want certificate then they asked money, without giving salary we need to pay money and also cheat Americans... its an completely fraud company... government should take action... its in kk nagar...chennai...

My original certificate is in softlogic, I was worked only 14 days... If i asking my certificate, they asking money... I dont know what to do... please help me out...

hi friends please read this, softlogic is a bloody fraud institute.. Fraud fraud totally frauds.. Theses are lot of frauds like murali hr, manivel hr and the main fraud is amalraj, md of the company..i worked in softlogic bpo as a compact specialist..its a damn fraud..they are cheating the americans..daily the americans are getting calls from this ***king company and being cheated..$1.95 and $2.95 nu they have lot of plans.. They ll tell that you got a offer 200 gas voucher 400 gift voucher so you have to pay $2.95 nu and they will get their credit care details..then they ll start to take money from their account for six moths..bloody cheaters..please dont ever join in softlogic.. 1st they ll say 10 hours nu..after you join you have to work from 6p.m to 7a.m..you have only 1 hour break totally..daily you have to do minimumu 400 to 500 calls they ll suck your blood without break.. You are allowed to talk anything with them inside.. Continuosly you have to talk in call..they will abuse you very badly if you didnt cheat american well..daily you have to work for 13 hours..only 4 days holiday in a month..if they give a leave for diwali means they will ask you to come on sunday..and you cant even run away from the [censored] company coz they have your certificate.. If you ask your certificate means they ll ask 5k and treat you like a street dog.. They wont even pay the salary well..they ll give the oct15 to nov15 salary by december 1st week only..so when you get your salary 15 days salary ll be left..no1 ever get full salary there..heter working in softlogic for 45 days i just got 4k as salary..for all the employees they are doing the same..if you have doubts means i ll all my friends no and my number you can ask..guys please don join in softlogic..softlogic bpo is fraud..softlogic developement is fraud..softlogic training is fraud..

They call me for an interview .I also attended the interview at that time they told to join the internship training for me ...But nw i clearly understand the softlogic technology is waste.Thanks friends for ur kind information

System Needs — Fraud People

I purchased Dell Inspiron 15 from this shop a week back. the piece was defected. I also found out that the price was 3000 more than the online price.When I complained about it, they responded very rudely and told me that it was not their liability. Even after paying so much I have to suffer.

i totally agree with ramc77...i was working there for 3 months as a contact specialist..when u join they ll say 10 days u have to work without salary ...within that 10 days based on performance they ll pull u inside... and their **** salary calculation is this month 15 to next month 15..i joined in a month of 29 ...and they pulled me as an employee after 18 days ...initially i joined with 17 memb batch within 10 days the batch becomes 3 and finally two... i just tried to get the full salary.. daily u have to work for more than 13 hrs must...bcos of escapin employees they collected certificates, from the next batch ..gods grace i dint submit anything...but my next batch frnds submitted and still strugglin to get that, , , .i[censored] need cert back, means u have to pay 5k ...for the first month i got salary as rs.270 only...3 months i hav workd but i got oly 8k salary, , , totallyy...plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz dont ever go to that side. and dont submit ur certif anywher frnds...
