I too agree with Mr. Raj. We a group of 15 people have also booked Officers Heights and following this organization from last 2 years, but no response as on date. We have no idea about the project status and we too feel loosing our money and the dreamed house...

I totally agree with Mr Raj Oberoi. I'm here to offer my support to him and all who have been cheated of their money by the fraudulent claims of Bhupinder Singh. To Bhupinder Singh, if you do have the guts, why is it that you re never available at the two room dusty apartment that you call an office? Moreover, why is it that the two ladies sitting at the desk never give out your contact details? Also tell me why the hell is it that you dont refund the money in time? I'm talking about your project "Pine Wood Apartments" in Sahastradhara Road - Dehradun, Uttarakhand that your salesboy "Ritwik" made such tall claims about. To all who are unaware, I'd like to clarify that the forest range under the Dehradun govt is named "Golden Forest" and any project that encroaches it's boundaries was prosecuted against. These thugs told us that their area is clear of any such disputes so we be booked 3 apartments and paid the installments in cheques amounting to 9 lakh rupees. Thereafter, a few months later, the project was put to a stop because it encroached the golden forest boundaries. Bhupinder Singh's representatives never picked up the call to clarify things to us. We tried to talk to him but just got false assurances that the project is to start in two months. It has been 6 months and nothing has happened yet. Moreover, even the hoarding that said Pine Wood Apartments has been taken down. When we asked for the money back, they said that we'd get a refund after 120 days after request. So we filed for the same in July. We received a response that said that the money will be returned after September but it's November now and you have forgotten all about your false misleading claims. We havent had any refunds and now your people say that the money will be returned after Diwali but still there is no response. We really curse the day we made the deal with you and will aware anyone who wants to invest in your fraud. We came to know from a relative that a friend of his who is an officer in the army, had to force into your office with a gun to threaten you and only then could he get his money back. Are you aware of the loss that you have incurred to us? That money would have given us thousands in interests had we invested it in some savings schemes. You are the most unprofessional cheat I've ever come across in my life and I hope to God no more people are fooled by you and that you have to spend sleepless nights homelessly along with your family for cheating people out of their hard earned money. I even tried to contact Mr Bhupinder . It looks like that he has changed his no and never picks it up . Whenever we visited to his office he always gives us rosy rosy picture and lame excuses for next 2 months. Even i asked him to show us legal documents about sector 104 gurgaon project, He fail to do so.

2. An FIR for Fraud in the police station by individuals affected.
3. Consumer complaint which would bring Mr Bhupinder in front of everyone. It is learnt that he has been purchasing property in his name from your money. As per new laws, his property could also be attcahed if he does not pay back.
4. Individuals having contacts in the govt machinary/ media could possibly put some pressure on Mr Bhupinder to pay back.
5. May be a word from Anna Hazare or Kejriwal will bring it in media attention.

My recent talk with Jayashree from his office showed that they are talking of changing the venue to dwarka sector 26. Has anybody other got such reply.
Any update on Sector 104 GGn project.
The changing the location is just their tact to buy more time. We need to file the combine legal case against them for compensation for lost of opportunity along with our hard earned money. When we booked the project in Sec 106 all the other project has appreciated at-least 3 times. We have lost many lacs in terms of opportunity cost.

Mr. Bhupinder singh is expanding his business from our money. If he was so concerned then he could have told us much earlier that Sect 104 got scrapped. he enjoyed that money and bought many properties in NCR and making the floor and earning FAT margins. Simple thing he made us fool and from our money he expanded his business left and right. from zero to hero in real estate industry. from no money to millions.

I had registered myself for Gurgaon sector 104 project in Sep 2010 and accepted all logics provided by Mr. Bhupinder Singh and his team for delay in his project and finally decided to seek return of my money in June this year. Mr Bhupinder Singh provided me two cheques of HDFC bank which were not cleared by bankers due to insufficient funds. When I planned to move court, Mr. Bhupinder Singh promised to do RTGS in my account and kept seeking time . Now he has stopped attending calls or responding to SMS. even after cheating so many, his website is still showing Gurgaon project. I would request all affected persons to share their points on this platform so that we can seek legal support as a group and Mr. Bhupinder Singh is prosecuted for his deeds.

I agree with the above comments.. SHWO is a fraud organization. They are taking the wrong advantage of our time constraint. Forget about the refund no one is picking up the phone. I request all of you that we should make a combine effort and take a legal action against Mr Bhupinder before its too late and he runs away.
Send your complaaints immediately to Delhi Cantt police Station addressing SHO, Delhi Cantt Police Station, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi by registered post at the earliest for attachement of your complain with a already registered FIR in the same police station and quick justice to all who have been harassed by Mr Bhupinder Singh. Pl act immediately before it is too late.

What ever you have comment regarding owner of soldier housing welfare orginaztion, it's totally false, because i knew this person from last so many year's and what ever things he had commited he had fully oblized the same and completed his commitment. Regarding your case i don't know but thing will be this also like that if he had ask to pay the installment for what ever the property you had booked with him you had fails from your side due to insufficient fund's at your end and you have put for cancellation and with that effect he had refunded your money as per company rule and might be for this reason you are posting such a blunder things on the net, so dont do the same and spoil any bodies fame...
