SOLITAIRE GREEN DHARUHERA(HARYANA) — FRAUD DONE BY JETENDRA CHOUDHARY

I got myself registered by submitting an application with GREENCITY BUILDTECH FOR SOLITAIRE GREEN DHARUHERA, through RAJ PROPERTIES GURGAON having one agent WgCdr TC Sud living in GURGAON only and deposited intial payment of Rs3,00,000(Three Lacs) in 2006. Subsequently as per ther demand the 1st ,2nd and third instalment was deposited making a total payment of Rs9,69750/ ( Rupees Nine Lacs sixtynine thousand seven hundred fifty) . The last instalment was deposited on 5th December 2008.The total cost of the flat as stated by them was Rs27,90,000/ for 1800 squarefeet flat. On one occasion we came to know that Surprisingly, theer office in NOIDA has been shut down and no development has been made so for. I was alooted Flat number A-108 vide their allotment agreemant date 1st September 2008, We have been given to understand that the company has done a fraud and no building structure exist at DHARUHERA(HARYANA). It is therefore requested to your good self that the necessary criminal offense be recorded against the company and their promoter Mr Jitender Choudhary and our money be got refuned with intrest
Our Hard Earned Money needs to be returned back to us.
