Please note I had booked a Honda Brio SMT model, Color – Urban Titanium through your sales consultant – Vinod Kumar on 20th January 2012. He had promised me to deliver the car by 2nd week of March 2012 as per the sales contract.
I followed up with him on a regular basis about my car delivery and he always said it will be delivered in the 2nd week of March 2012.
He had promised me to show me the vehicle on 8th of March 2012 and take the balance payment from me and deliver the vehicle on 14th March 2012 for which I had to break my fixed deposit since I had opted for outright. I was also charged premature breaking rate bby the bank for my fixed deposit.
On 7th of March he told me that the vehicle will be available on Monday 12th March and I should go to the Andheri showroom and make the balance payment so that it can be delivered to me on 14th March 2012.
On Monday 12th March he sent me a text message saying that the vehicle is gone for washing and requested me to come on Tuesday 13th March with the cheque.
On Tuesday 13th March he told me that the vehicle is still clearing the octroi on which I requested him to make me talk to some senior person. Anuj Nagar – Asst Manager calls me on Tuesday evening to tell me that my vehicle Brio SMT Red color (I had never booked a red color) will be available for delivery on 29th March 2012.
On Wednesday 14th March which was ideally the delivery day, Vinod Kumar called me in the morning to inform to me that he had goofed up in my case and would compensate me somehow. Both Vinod & Anuj came to meet me in my office and promised me that they would send me an e-mail confirmation of the delivery date and the compensation by 5:30pm the very same day, which also did not happen.
On Thursday 15th March Anuj informed me that he is in touch with the GM – Milind Shah and they are in the process of taking a decision of my vehicle and that Milind would call me. When I tried to get in touch with Milind Shah, the operator informed to me that Milind is on leave for 3 to 4 days !!
On Friday 16th March Anuj called me at 10:45am and promised me that Milind will be calling me in 10mins which again never happened !! I contacted the Honda showroom and spoke to Girish and he was not aware of any such things happening within his organization.
Even after all of the above, I still do not know when will I get my vehicle!! Probably the WORST sales team I have ever seen so far !! I have 2 vehicles from Hyundai and never had such an issue ever!!
I am sorry to say but Honda has employed a Bunch of LIARS in their organization!!
