Dear All,
My friends has purchased a flat in Ravet, Pune. When we went to see the flat before possession, we observed following problems....
1. The quality of overall construction is very poor.
2. There was no any proper (legal) Architect of the product.
3. Most of the flats are leaking. Plumbing work is very poor.
4. The Tiles fitted in most of the bathrooms/toilets are hollow within and even they are placed in a a manner as per the mood of labor.
5. Electrical wiring is also very of poor quality.
6. The builder does not any technicality and seems wants to get only profit irrespective of what he is providing.
7. Interestingly The "Sonigara Kesar" project built by the builder's brother is of very high quality &professional quality.
8. As soon as you step-in their main office at Dange Chowk, you will see the un-professionalism. No one wants their to entertain customers once you book the flat. No roper use of computers. Even audits maintained are very very poor. Most of the times the payments do not match and one has to fight to prove it.
So, my advise, do not book any flat with the builder of "Sonogara AAngan". The owner is very rough to talk and do not wnat to understand the needs of customer.
