I could guess reading content that you may have visited our company for SAP certification and Training if its not written by anyone for business gain and you are sharing your genuine experience and branding us as "Fraud".
Our company is SAP Partner for SAP India Partner for conducting Authorized Training and Certification. There are only few centers at Bangalore and we are among them. Our center is not like thousands pirated SAP centers running all places. Its specialized, authorized and biggest brand in India. Of course few of our competitors are jealous about us but many are appreciative about our work.
We do conduct basic level of interview to check your qualification and communication as eligibility criteria for doing SAP certification. Now your question is someone father was engineer so selected and you got rejected. Let me clarify and you may be knowing also SAP authorized Training and Certification has big cost as SAP India fees whether you do from Source One or any other partner and its not for free and not for only engineers and not others. Whoever has money to pay SAP fees and has basic eligibility criteria can do course. Also this fee is paid in advance before starting SAP Class. So now where is question we might have rejected someone because someone is not rich. Our center only those students come who has money to pay fees and you can take course as its your right; whether from our center or other center. Yes we are premium brand and we only enroll very good students who have already done research on SAP and chosen SAP as career and come to our facility and pay fees and do course. You can also choose other centers and SAP Fees across India is exactly same.
Now you only tell us where is question of word "Fraud" comes in whole process. You think as you are talent and ability to think and on way to become professional. Now if someone tell you with such word how you would feel. same way we might be feeling.
Now if you feel you are cheated and we are truly fraud why don't you cooperate with us and send us detailed email at [protected]@msourceone.com so that we investigate. If you want to meet us also we can meet and we would keep all names and communication confidential.
We are extremely cautious on our brand. Source One is truly a brand and largest brand in india in our space where people associate with us for growth and prosperity and even competitors respect our brand and professionalism and live in professional network they way people should live in respectful society.
We know every one has freedom of expression and people can say or write anything. but we also feel every professionals real motif should be to correct people and society and hence if you could at least write us some details to ask and clarify person who spoke to you and see if we can improve and bring better experience in communication and relations.

Myself Tejasvini and I was interviewed for HR role at same organization. I had 2 rounds of interview and panel confirmed that I was selected and will call for causal discussion with CEO in a day or two.
After waiting for 1 week, I called them up and asked for the status. They just said that since I stay 10KM away from their office and I have family, they rejected me!! Wow!, I was surprised and laughed at them after hearing the reasons they say for rejecting. EOD, they just need to think about if I am capable of completing assigned tasks or not, Better not worry if I am married or have kids etc.
If they don't need resources, why they even need to take interviews wasting everyone's time. Hope This will be lesson to such management.

many a times they conducted bogus interviews based on their discussions just wasting time of the candidate..
But, we want to hear out from you basis you have such opinion and experience. Could you send us detailed mail at [email protected] for which you say Fraud. we would keep your mail confidential and investigate and come back to you.
We don't know with whom you gave interview. In interview waiting time and patience happens right. People gets rejected also. for example we might be selected sometime 10 out of 100 interviews and people wait and even we wait till we finish process. where is question of Fraud on this? don't you think its little unfair writing anything on such platform as no one can trace and find someone.
We request you if you could send detailed mail at [email protected] and even meet us and discuss with us on this. we would maintain a complete confidentiality on this and see where we can improve and take your sincere advise.
