Southco Electricity — Severe Low voltage

All people of Niladri Vihar 5th Lane of Berhampur, 760001 are facing a severe low voltage throughout the entire day since long ago. Albeit, we complained at the office located in corporation road, Berhampur, we did not observe any action or progress in the faulty transformer. Where as we are paying the bill amount every month in time. Someone should look into the matter to maintain our comfortable lifestyle with a good voltage to avoid the damage and operate the electrical instruments properly. Even in summer season you could understand if the fans/acs will not work due to low voltage, how difficulty will be the situation to versatile the high temperature climate.
