Dear,

I hold 100 shares of above company since 1994. In the intial years I used to receive some info from this company as regards to AGMs and other details. However, for many years, I do not receive any info from this company nor any news reg. bonus or such matters. I do not see this company is listed now in the stock exchanges. Is there a way that we can trade their shares in the stock exchange or will they buy back the shares from us.

I am one more such suffferer We have 200 shares in the name of paramjeet kaur and Maninder singh
folio nos 014953 and 014954 and fate is the same
We learnt that they have converted in Pvt company

OUR MINISTRY OF COMPANY AFFAIRS MUST GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO INVESTORS FOR THESE KIND OF PROBLEMS, BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THE LAW OF THE COUNTRY FOR OUR VARIOUS DECISIONS.
I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT A PRIVATE COMPANY CAN BE CONVERTED TO A PUBLIC COMPANY, BUT THE REVERSE??
