Even i want to share some more things about the great Sanjeev Tiwari. Only thing he know is scolding the team members that is how he starts his work regularly. He gives stunts like he is the master of software industry and piller of SPA... if you call him and ask to write a sort program also he cant write. and he might ask what is sort mean and need more explanation. if SPA loosing reputation and empoyies(including me) loosign faith in SPA then main reason is this person.
One more person is the HR Ms.Suman. When they want to give pink slip to emplye and leave SPA on the same day then HR will not have any policies. But i[censored] resigne and then go and ask to leave u even after putting paper and completing 1 month of notice period and even u dont have work u have to stay for 2 month. because she has HR policy which will not allow her to releave. eventhough manager says that his work is over and they can releave then also she won't releave.

Yes i agree with all the above statements made by our fellow friends. all the top management should be blamed for the present condition of SPA computers. They are the fraudsters, and god will never forgive them.
the biggest fraudster is HR SUMAN I don't wt she thinks of herself. she dn't even deserve to be a HR manager she is the genuine and biggest lier. she pocketed herself with all our salary money.

SUMAN is the biggest fraudster of the SPA. she speaks to the employee with so sweetly, but backstabbing very cruelly. yes it is true that SUMAN is getting her salary from all the hardearned money of the other engineers.

He will convince all the employees to stay back in SPA; but he is searching job outside
Wherever he gets job, that companies happy days are over as this dumb person doesn't know anything technically.
