Spanco Bpo — Salary not Credited last one month of all spanco employ

Hi there are more then 1000 empl..work in spanco Bpo gurgaon
every month salary has come with in 7 date of every month but last two month we are not able to receive salary in time
last month we have receive on 14th feb 2013,
but for march month we are still waiting our salary .

And also they are not provide any weekly off in the Week..
