My name is Chandreshkumar T. Tripathi. I was working with the spanco BPO from Sep 2008 to Sep 2009. They asked me to resign on 21/9/2009.........My superior told me that full and final settlement will be done within 45 to 90 days....but till date whenever I am asking about my payment company is giving me new date......Pls help me out in this regard........Whenever I am calling on the extension no given by this company they are giving me random responses....whenever I am asking personally to the concerned person having that extension he is not ready to take responsibility of that response..... I was working in Spanco BPO at Gurgaon as a Customer Care Representative.My employee ID is SBGU6841. I resigned on 20th Oct, 2009. I was supposed to get my final settlement within or in 45 to 90 days. I have called to HR department to Mr. Sachin and Hemant so many times but always they assured me that now we will finalised your payment.Pls help me out in this regard...
