dear sir,
I have send my maruti Omni Van Reg. No- C.G.04HA1652 for repairing to your authorised dealers at Sparsh Automobiles Pachpedi Naka, Dhamtari Road, Raipur C.G. Ph[protected],4701112 / 13 /14. from last 12 days, but till now.i.e.,[protected] no action has been taken yet and they are not replying mine phone call. They promised us that they will give us our vehicle before rakshabandhan..they kept as assuring that they will give in time but they haven't given till now and this is an very rude behaviour with the coustomers, we are very much distressed that why they are doing all these, they should provide their facilities in time n i request you take seviour actions against all these. if they are not providing their facilities in time then there is no need of such type of facility. It is a serious complain please look in to the mater and act accordingly to save the name of prestigious company
