Respected Sir,
This is for your intimation that I, Prosenjit Dutta, used to work at Sparsh BPO Services Ltd, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091, West Bengal. My employee code was 61089, and my last designation was as "CSA". I joined Sparsh on 8th May,2007 and served there till 13th October,2010. I applied for my PF and other dues on 5th January 2011, as per the service rules. Till then, it's been more than 1 year, but the procesing of my PF and others dues hasn't progresed yet. Even after giving the repeated intimation concering the same matter, the administration department of Sparsh BPO Saltlake branch is completely ignorant regarding the processing. As per the information given by the responsible personnel there, the processing is a liability of the Sparsh BPO corporate head quarters, situated in Gurgaon, and unless and until they get the nod your side, the procesing will not take place.
In this regard, I would like to request you to look into this matter to resolve the processing delay with immediate effect.My PF NO- MH/94723/15177(Mobile No-[protected]) Please help me sir.
