Sparsh Bpo Services Ltd — PF money has not got yet, it's been over a year

My name is Yogendra worked at Sparsh BPO Services Ltd. I resigned from there on 10/11/09. I have done my all relevant PF formalities. I have spoken to Sparsh and I was told that on 10th July 10 my details have been forwarded to Mumbai. I am still waiting for my PF money. I do not why if we can not get our money so what is the point of PF deduction. Please help me to provide my own money. I will be grateful to you. Kindly find the below mentioned deatils
