i received a message from SPDC UK that i won 200, 000.00 GBP in 2008 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile draws in UK. Please let me know it is true or what.

I recieved a msg from SPDC UK saying i had won 200, 000 in the 2008 SPDC(Shell) Mobile Draw UK. They ask to mail at [protected]@live.com.

plz reply... is it fraud??

LATER I GOT A MAIL FROM THEM TO SUBMIT SOME APPLICATION FORM TO NATIONAL WIDE BANK, LONDON. AFTER SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION LIKE AN , I RECEIVED A MAIL THAT STATED THE FOLLOWING

{WE REQUIRE URGENTLY CERTAIN DOCUMENTS WHICH YOU MUST PROVIDE TO OUR OFFICE BEFORE SEVEN (7) DAYS IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR CLAIM TOTALLY LEGAL, ACCORDING TO THE RELEVANT STATUS;

1. A PROOF OF YOUR IDENTITY [COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE OR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT]

2. PROOF OF WINNING [THE CERTIFICATE OF AWARD ISSUED TO YOU BY SHELL AWARDS].

3. A SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF CLAIM AND LETTER OF ATTESTATION FROM THE BRITISH HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE. [THIS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE CROWN COURTS HERE IN ENGLAND].}

NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I THINK THAT MOST PROBABLY ITS A SCAM!! PLEEAASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS A SCAM. IF ANYONE GOT MY SAME SMS AND IF ANYBODY TOOK ACTION, PLEEEAAASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT AND LET US WARN OTHERS IF THIS IS A SCAM!!!
