sir, i have recieved a mobile message that shows 'congrat your has wn GBP 200000.00 in yhe 2009(SHELL) international monile draw.To claim your prize contact Dr.julius on [protected] or Email:[protected]@live.com'. actually what is this? is it true or not? i replied to that message and i got an Email that contains an aplication form for the fund transfer. they said that my prize is in Alliance and leicester Credit Bank. i received an sms saying i've won gbp 200, 000, i followed up the procedure by mail and now the spdc is demanding an amount of 450 British pounds to release the fund.Shoul i go further and pay them the money or not?Please reply.

i received a message on my mobile few day back stating i have won 500, 000 pounds, . they said be to contact [protected]@hotmail.com from there is was direct to some nationalworldwide bank. these people acknowledged me claim and asked me to submit the certain documents.
(1) - PROOF OF WINNING [ CERTIFICATE OF AWARD ISSUED TO YOU BY THE SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY OF ENGLAND.
(2)- WE WANT YOUR LEGALISATION DOCUMENT SIGN BY YOU.
(3)- A FUND RELEASE ORDER [F.R.O] FROM THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY.
where shall i get these documents.please help me out.i have no clue want should i do.
