Not giving salary for past 3 Months,they agreed for 7 lakhs, salary per year they will pay half of it rest will go in the name of performance pay, LTA, which has not been paid for last 4 years, they always tell no business last year so no performance pay,they not paid PF which deducted from employees for past 14 months. But companies has lot of Business orders and good revenue ,Company CFO Sripathi transfer all company money to Company MD K.Ravendra Rao . personal account.
Talk to any ex spectrsoft employee he will tell you the same story. because they relieved from company before 2 years, still to day they not receive
the Full and Final settlement, PF amount, gravity etc.....

employees — cheat employees
I would like to complaint against all insurance employees who do not achieve their targets and have no sense of belonging towards the company. I want to say that specially in delhi I have got such bad employees that full month they have not made any sale and only made false promises. The business they source also bounce after the month or is free looked. I want you to create a black list of all such employees would take the company for a ride. Such bad employees only want salary and no accountability. If you ask them for business they stop comming to office and then they turun up on salary day for months salary.. All such cheat employees should be barred from doing job because they do not work any where and keep changing jobs
