SPEED CAR HELPLINE — not getting any services
My membership number is 72760Yesterday i lodge a complaint with speed card helpline at 18:25pm regarding battery problem and they assured me that eng. will be at my place within 30 min. but noone turned up by 20:00pm then i again called up and spped representative said that person will come within 15-20 min.. after that i waas countnously calling these people and they gave me false statement that engineer will be coming and coming and nobody turned up late night till 23:30pm and on the same side they also said if you have urgent work in the night you can take auto for the same. and till today nobody even called me up for clarification.
the most pethatic service ever by car helpline providers is SPEED CAR HELPLINE.
i strongly recommed everybody to not go for this company.

My membership number is 71660. I lodged a complaint at 12:10 PM. I got an assurance that the help should reach you within 30 mins. But again after 1 hour i called your helpline number, they again assured me that wait for another 30 mins. From 2 PM till 7:30 PM i called helpline 12 times but of no vain. After every 2 hours a new person is there due to shift change. There is a limit of negligence. I am very much frustated with your services and request you to kindly refund my registration amount. Today i spent Rs. 60/- only on phone calls.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Horrible service
Speed car helpline's service is most pathetic and horrible service. After taking their membership, i called them up for first time after 6 months. I called them up at 4 PM and kept waiting till 7 PM. Though they promise service in 30-45 minutes. I am really feeling cheated.
