we were facing continuous problems in our v-sat installed at anand ashram, rampur garden bareilly u. p. we made a complaint on 12 january 11.30 a.m but the engineer came on 13 january at 4 p.m.. the engineer named mr. somnath was not aware his job at all . firstly he said that there is a virus, than our hardware is faulty, than he said the weak signal is because of fog, than he said it is because of monkey cage. due to his inexperience our trading was not possible for half an hour on 14 january resulting heavy losses of turnover. please register my complaint Was this information helpful? |
