NO REPLACEMENT NO SATISFACTION ABOUT SERVICE OF MOBILE
I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE FROM JAI DURGE COMMUNICATION BUT AFTER 4 OR 5 DAYS I SUFFER A SOUND PROBLEM INTO MY MOBILE AND FOR THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL ME RINGER IS NOT AVAILABLE ONE TIME MY RINGER CHANGE TO A BED REPAIR RINGER, AFTER THE REPAIRING I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM BY ON DAY AGAIN I VISIT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISITED MORE THAN 5 TIMES AT SERVICE CENTER AFTER THE 3RD TIME I REQUEST THEM TO PLEASE IF ITS NOT CLEARED CHANGE ME THE MOBILE ( REPLACEMENT IN A WARRANTY PERIOD) BUT THEY REPLY WE CAN NOT DO THAT, I VISITED JAI DURGE COMMUNICATION (FROM WHERE I PURCHASE) THEY REPLY ME I CAN'T HELP YOU ONLY SPICE SERVICE CENTER CAN HELP YOU. I REQUEST THAN WE CAN REPLACE THE MOBILE BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVNT SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM NOR CHANGE ME THE MOBILE .
