Why you have not suggest to their higher officials?
If there is the problem means you have to tell them clearly or you have to send the screenshots of your errors.
Changing of the providers is not a good solution, incase that providers will do this thing more than this what will you do?

Worst service, i lost my all files in domain, they having some hacking issue, so they deletd the files and asking me to pay for restore, i asked logs for the deletion, but they said that they dont have, then how they says that i deleted me itself. am i fool to delete my files ? they are money minded people, they wont give support, only they need money for all, dont go for squarebrothers, just purchase domain from them ..
if they beg please give money means i wil give instead of that they r doing like this
i planning to take this issue to consumer court, want to see what fake proof they going to show..

I am hosting all our group of companies websites with square brothers since year 2007 and very much happy with their support.
In India, only 2 or 3 companies offer real 24x7 support via phone or live chat and square brothers is one of them. I too have faced some technical issues such as email problem or ip block problem but it got resolved over live chat support itself.
I also recommended couple of friends to use square brothers and will strongly recommend Square Brothers in future too.

I apologize for my previous Post regarding my hosting problem with squarebrothers.com, the person who bought for me the hosting did some mistakes, and says that hosting provider does something with hosting, later only i came to know the fact ..
Regarding this squarebrothers.com called me and explained all.. once again i apologize for that happened ..
Im continuing happy service with squarebrothers.com !!! Planned to renew the hostings as ever ..
